  8. Avoid Fasting: Do not fast on the day of the injection, as it's essential to have some food in your system to prevent dizziness.

  1. Gentle Care: Avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated areas for the first 24 hours after the procedure to allow the filler to settle properly.

  2. Cold Compress: If you experience any swelling or bruising, you can apply a cold compress to the treated areas for short intervals (10-15 minutes at a time) during the first 24 hours.

  3. Avoid Strenuous Exercise: Refrain from engaging in strenuous exercise or activities that could cause excessive sweating for 24 hours post-treatment, as it may impact the distribution of the filler.

  4. Be Patient: It may take a few days to a week to see the full results of the dermal filler treatment. Be patient and allow the product to integrate naturally with your skin.

  5. Dental Procedures: Avoid dental procedures (including cleanings) 2 weeks pre-filler and 2 weeks post-filler.
